| White tea does not refer to black tea with milk.Like Green tea, White tea is also an unfermented tea, however the leaves are rapidly fired and dried resulting in perhaps a purer, more "natural" state White tea contains a higher proportion of buds, which are covered with fine 'silvery' hairs that i***rt a light white/grey color to the tea.
